Intro to Photo Etching

An experimental 2 day course which will explore the principles of photoetching.

Part of the course will be spent preparing artwork to expose onto plates. This will be done using computers and hand drawn processes. You will learn how to coat and expose photo etching plates and produce final prints. Bring a photograph, drawing or digital image no larger than A4 to work with. Experience of etching and basic computer skills are required.
