The workshop welcomes visionary emerging and established artists, nurturing ideas and providing the support to realize ideas through its exciting print publication programme and collaborative working.
The workshop can provide printmaking expertise to artists wishing to realise small or ambitious projects.
Professional Print Production
Artists can engage the expertise of professional printmakers, with each with extensive experience in their chosen discipline, to produce or support the production of individual works or projects. Currently, GPS has staff specialising in intaglio, relief print, screenprint and digital print. This service is charged at a daily rate.
This service is in frequent use by professional artists working on large scale and complex projects. If you wish to employ this service please contact the workshop manager well in advance of your project.
Print Service
An exhibition quality large format digital printing service is available using the latest Epson pigment inks and a variety of fine art papers. Print onto acetate also available.
Print Publishing
In publishing artwork GPS works with an artist to produce prints, usually an edition. The artist brings the ideas and imagery and GPS’ professional printmakers provide the expertise to adapt these ideas and translate images to produce fine art prints to the highest standard. The resulting artwork is then a shared product.
Often the editions produced are available to buy in our retail gallery.
